You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us (HomeDrop, support@home.veltelo.com) with a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, send your communication before the period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back.

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we refund the full purchase price without return – just send us a photo at support@home.veltelo.com.

For other withdrawals, you bear the return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any loss in value if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary.
