§1 Scope

These T&Cs apply to all contracts concluded via HomeDrop (home.veltelo.com) between HomeDrop and the buyer.

§2 Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with DZHOLEV CONSULT Ltd, registered in Bulgaria. Contact: support@home.veltelo.com.

§3 Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices in Euro (€). Payment via Stripe: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit.

§4 Delivery

Delivery time: 15–25 business days. Free shipping from €49. Below: €4.90. Express (10–18 days): +€7.90.

§4a Customs & Import Duties

Products are shipped directly from suppliers (mainly from Asia). For goods over €150, EU customs duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. → FAQ section

§5 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. → Withdrawal policy

§6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Warranty period: 2 years from delivery.

§7 Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR.

§8 Dispute Resolution

§9 Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Sofia, Bulgaria.
